If we join the advance of technologies, a young and ambitious company with a clear technological vocation, and the economic restrictions for marketing and PR in the Spanish SME due to the current crisis, the results are new modalities of sponsorship with less power of diffusion but with more segmented audience, what permits to get a target audience, key for the growth of the brand.

The Clio Cup Online borns from the virtual simulation of the Renault´s Clio Cup which is celebrated each year in Spain disputing its 46th edition. Meanwhile, this is the second edition of the Clio Cup Online, increasing the number of participants and being a competition with the official recognition of the Real Spanish Federation of Car Racing, what it shows not only the potential of this championship but also the potential of this kind of online competitions for the future. This Championship is divided in 6 races in the same circuits that the established ones in the Renault´s Clio Cup, retransmitted on streaming what it gives the opportunity of being followed by the fans.

When the company met the event began to compose a team despite of being at the half of the season. This first season will help to learn and begin the next season with clear goals. The team of Solute Ingenieros is composed by Jorge Martin, Toni Rubiejo and Jordi Garí.

Due to his experience and quality as pilot, Toni Rubiejo is the leader of our team. Toni has participated during 6 years in national karting (1999-2004) and 5 years in a single-seater car (2004-2008):

1. Participation in Formula Gloria (2004)

2. Champion in Formula Libre Catalunya with a World Series by Nissan. (2005)

3. Championship of Spain Fórmula 3 category B (2006)

4. Championship of Spain Fórmula 3 category A (2007)

5. Several participations in Championship of Spain formula 3 category B and 24 hours of Montmelo with a Copa Seat León (2008)

6. 2011 up to now, participation in several competitions in virtual simulator.

Jorge Martín, engineer of Solute, is a great fan of the car racing with experience in karting. Some months ago, he decided to organize a top and professional team in order to participate in official competitions of simracing.

Jordi Marc Garí, is a fan of the motor world since he was conscious, because he has always lived motor racing as a passion in his family.

In 2010, his love for the competition brought him to buy a Kart Birel with an engine Rotax of 125cc with the aim of learn and compete in championships or local rallys.

Due to the high costs of the real competition, in 2014 he began to participate in as many possible virtual races looking always to get his dream of compete in real races.

The last week of August and the first week of September, took place the meeting of Valencia. In the qualifying series, Toni got the third position what it gave him access to the final. He had to leave the final due to a problem with the sequential gearbox. Jorge and Jordi managed to score in the semifinals which only access the top 60 pilots over one thousand drivers entered at the beginning of the championship.

The second and third week of September, took place the meeting in Jerez. In this occasion, the Manager of the team, Toni Rubiejo, starred in the best matchups, ending close to the podium getting the 5th position. On his side, Jordi Gari, got to the final and managed to score. Jorge Martin was forced to leave due to a technical problem on the starting grid.

This competition joins engineering, automotive and simulation, concepts that match perfectly with the activities developed daily in Solute. For the company is a platform to continue building its brand image and to begin supporting and sharing events which considers will get repercussion year by year. Solute, after Renault who organizes this event, is the first private company that shows interest to sponsor this championship with the aim of increasing the number of supporters and to promote Spanish technological initiatives, opening a new way of sponsorship for SME companies, and therefore business, in these virtual championships.
